Positive: We were on the 12th floor with a stunning view facing Diamond head and the beach. It was much quieter on that side of the island but that also meant Uber and other transportation took more time and money to access. The staff was friendly and informative. For the price of the room, they should offer more amenities. The complementary soaps were high quality and the way they welcome you to the hotel is very special.

Negative: The elevator was out of service and there was only one but it didn’t take long. I was there Monday and Tuesday and their restaurant was closed. I checked out before I could experience their family style service.

Summary: Excellent staff and location if you are looking for a quiet retreat
